Chancellors’ fee structure is aimed at creating sustainable long term client relationships based on high service levels. We do not provide ‘no frills’ services.
Our rates are equivalent to or below firms with similarly high levels of skills and resources.
Whilst it is important for you to compare prices in the marketplace it is equally important to be aware of the difference in services provided. Examples of services that are ‘add ons’ or are simply not provided by other firms include:
- ‘Issues’ letters to clients at the completion of significant work, outlining recommendations, opportunities and areas for further attention.
- Annual tax accounting work incorporates a 200 point checklist for individuals and a 309 point checklist for entities to ensure correctness, accuracy and consideration of concessions and planning opportunities.
- Reporting Internal Rate of Return for all Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) together with benchmarks to assist in understanding performance.
- Annual Reports for all SMSFs outlining key settings of relevance to trustees and members.
The firm operates under a sophisticated practice management system which incorporates time cost data for all work undertaken on your behalf. It is our belief that this data provides the fairest basis of determining fees over the long term.
For repetitive work or engagements which are easily quantifiable we are able to work to a fixed fee arrangement if preferred.
We do not charge ‘success fees’ and do not receive commissions and kickbacks as a result of our clients’ choices.
We are happy to work out arrangements that suit your cash flow. We can arrange for more regular invoices or automatic bank transfers covering a percentage of estimated annual fees.
